Since you evidently have no fucking clue what is going on in this video I'll break it down.

The mag automatically falls out when empty. But it leaves the last round in the chamber.

He takes the mag out to demobstrate that even with no mag, the bolt locks back when the last round is fired.

When he reinserts the mag it automatically releases the bolt, chambering the next round.

It's an ingenious system (albeit with some drawbacks, like losing magazines).
I can see why your retarded noguns brain is having trouble processing it.
