...From that angle it definitely looks like the tank was attacking that village.

there isnt that many of them
A machine of twenty five tons quieted the thunder in the east. Now it's time for it to be used by those in need again. The iron armies roll across the desert, turning track over another track. Silencing the cry of dying nations with its mighty roar. Something so beautiful about these machines.

Swords of the Soviet Union:
Formerly a repair workshop, now, a tomb. At the 77th armor repair base in Ussuriysk thousands of tanks rot in open graves, waiting for a war that never came. Following the collapse of the Soviet Union, over 30,000 tanks retreated from Europe into the newly created Russian Federation. Economic woes and the CFE treaty sealed the fate of these proud machines.
In the end, the largest concentration of tanks to ever assembled on the face of the earth, faded with a whimper.

They is of just resting comrade, when time come the spirit of Stalin living in each and every Soviet tank will awake and they reach Slav instrumentality, bringing with them the 5th impact: Slavic edition.

>we might rust here
>but of no worries comrades
>cause if we rust here, Motherland is safe
>but if Motherland will need us
>we will be here
>and so, our watch isn't over comrades

You can buy 10 for the price of 3 and have 4 working tanks with parts to spare. Its not a tomb. The fuck are you on about their fate being sealed. Its worth money and the tanks, no matter how rusted can be brought back to life. They are asleep. Can you fistfight a ram the second you stop dreaming and jump out of the bed? No. You have to brush your teeth, have coffee, whatever.
They need a little love and care. They need young willing mechanics that appreciate engineering to wake them up. And they are back to their full glory. These days there are upgrades for them that make them formidable death machines just like the day they were made and freshly painted.

I always imagined Yukari, when on her free time, would go out and have a picnic next to an old abandoned, rusted out, moss-ed over tank since she was a small child.
She'd clean it off of any unnecessary debris and moss, talk to it, tell it stories about the friends she made and the tank matches they competed in. Keeping an old "war horse" company while it sits idle in some meadow somewhere waiting for it's crew to return, all the while enjoying her company.
Goddamnit, Im having feels over tanks. fucking /K/. Never change.
I want tank related media to be a thing. I demand someone make a sentient tank media and not be Japan.
>ill still protect you comrade
