Tbh I've only seen that once from just exercise. Funny enough it was an airforce dude just doing a light workout on his own during an incredibly hot day. Sort of a freak occurrence. I've seen it other times though with e3/4's trying to off themselves with medication. Funny enough happens only on Sunday afternoons or Monday mornings

I did a good portion of that ruck march backwards. The weight requirement is less than half the normal ruck march minimum, and the route is easy going. The hardest part about Air Assault training is the ridiculous Zero Day layout inspection. Everything after that is a breeze. Doesn't even merit a shiny badge IMO.

Dumb fucks, you cannot treat dehydration orally because your digestive tract cannot function without water, anything ingested will just sit in your gut until you puke.

The only viable option is an IV drip, containing saline solution, 5% dextrose, and 50% coconut milk from a green coconut.
