C7s/CARs have normal charging handles, you fucking noguns. The "left-hand" charging handle just means you can disengage the catch from either side of it. Not that you have to fucking reach through the ejection port to grab a little nub that'd block it from even cycling properly. (or worse yet, yank on the fucking forward assist)

It's basically a TEC-9 that just looks like an M4/AR-15. Charging handle works fine, the gun is chambered in the fictional 5mm (basically a supercharged 5.45x39mm with sci-fi magical AP bullets) and the entire gun and game is fictional.
