First is the 45gr Barnes Banded Solid in .224. These bullets can be loaded into 5.7x28mm or 5.56/.223.

These bullets were de-facto BANNED by the ATF after they reclassified .223 as a pistol caliber. I have seen a box of 50 of these bullets up on GunBroker for as high as $500.

When loaded into 5.7x28 at even a modest pressure, these bullets will penetrate several IIIa Kevlar panels back to back, and then a windshield and keep going, out of the Five-seveN pistol. They also penetrate quarter inch steel plates.

Next is Elite Ammunition's S5 PFP Trident cartridge. This is a brass segmented bullet that is extremely hard. It will penetrate multiple IIIa Kevlar vests back to back, and often fragment into multiple pieces upon hitting bone, creating multiple wound vectors. This is the cartridge that started the legendary "Wound Vectors" meme and also triggered the ATF raid on Elite Ammunition. This round was 100% legal before and during the raid, and it was de-facto banned after the raid.

Next is Elite Ammunition's first 10mm loading.

This special 10mm round uses a nickel case and a nickel bullet, resulting in this extremely beautiful cartridge. This cartridge saw a brief production run and is no longer made.

Next is Elite's current production T6B. Much like the S5 PFP, this round is produced using a post-ATF-raid legal pure copper projectile that is anodized. It is quite long for its weight due to the segments. This round penetrates multiple IIIa Kevlar vests back to back and delivers a devastating wound on the other side. This ammo is 100% LEGAL and still in production. Due to the extremely high demand and relatively low production numbers, it is hard to get.

SS196, BLANK, SS198, SS190, SS190.

SS196 is just a 40gr V-Max that saw a brief production run before being replaced by SS197. It is identical to SS197 except it has an even slower velocity and a red tip. It was so watered down that it was failing to reliably cycle weapons and was quickly replaced.

Blanks were fired by the thousands on the sets of Stargate SG-1. Not banned or really rare even, just kind hard to find.

SS198 is identical to SS195, except it is loaded 50-200 FPS faster depending on lot, and has a green painted tip. FN supposedly restricts sale to Military/Law Enforcement only, but you can buy cases of this stuff online easily for not too bad of a price.

SS190. Steel tip. The "BANNED ULTRA UNOBTANIUM" 5.7 magical unicorn ammo. Very early runs had no black painted tip and are very rare now. You can buy black-tip SS190 on GunBroker all day long.
