I think it'd be interesting to be in a happening but I'm not really wishing for one except in the back of my mind. I think it would give me a sort of purpose as opposed to the humdrum day-to-day of my life, but I don't really want it to happen and would settle for the mundane over it.

For one, multi tools. And not your average leatherman. My trusty machete I had used for three years clearing brush for hunting would be more useful it was a hatchet with a serrated shaft. Some even drew scary lines from Bush out of fucking nowhere exonerating one of their death sentences with no prior contact or whatever.

Life isn't as scary and violent as most TV and cops shows would have you believe, but it's a lot darker out there than a lot of people realize. Than you'd ever imagine just walking around, watching the news, and keeping your head down.
