Feed it anything and everything sans steel case unless you blasting

Just use wolf gold if it's just for fun plinking at the range. I think it's $310 a case at sgammo. Shot 2000 rounds of it and never had an issue, and cheap. For yote hunting I like using ADI Outback Ammo 223 BlitzKing.

I would recommend ammunition that includes bullets and power. primers also help.

They had a 1:12 and 1:7 as well
I was told the 1:8 would work better without having to shoot faster ammo.

it has to do with bullet weight and stabilization of said bullet. certain twists rates perform better with certain weights but for generic plinking, buy whatever is cheapest, like wolf gold.
also, dont think of it as absolute rules, like 1/7 can only shoot 62 grain and above. its more like overlapping bell curves.
