I have a holosun on my 15-22, works great for what I use it for. Plinking and small game hunting. Holosun and primary arms are basically the same, just depends on what lettering you want on the side. The auto off/on feature and button brightness adjustments are great, positive button feedback, clear glass, crisp dot, simplistic construction, and light weight. Those things in combination with my 15-22 make a perfect pair.

I have the hs403c, solar powered version. 400 rounds through, including a one day carbine course. Never used the battery so far. Reticle is decent, though not as nice as the Aimpoint or EOTechs I've used. Fucking holds zero.

I have a 403G mounted on an Ultimak AK gas tube. No problem whatsover so far. Shot about 1000 rounds, holds zero and has no problem dealing with heat from the gas tube.

My only complain is the auto on/off function. The thing has 50k hours battery life. Why put a auto on/off? And if you put one, put a sensitive one, so it activates once I take my rifle without having to shake it or rack the bolt.

What does that even mean?

Holosun are good for range, innawoods, 99% of what you'd ever use it in. It'll always fail before an aimpoint or trijicon, but if you were ever going to abuse an optic that hard you wouldn't need to ask

I have this same question (without the woke me part). All of the videos I've watched about the new Holosun sights have been glowingly positive. Autnfancy has called it his "favorite red dot". It purportedly has a very impressive battery life and features that no other companies are offering. Anyone have personal experience with these things?
