they would have powers to create anomalies in space and in side effet they would be able to make mechanical things "lock" (ex:guns wouln't shoot and clocks would be spinning way too fast until they blow up)

I feel like you need to develop that concept further.

What abnormalities are people creating that would stop a firearm from functioning but would speed up a clock? Why wouldn't people just kill each other with their powers? Why would people carry guns if they don't work?

The powers need some kind of mental activity to work if they stop doing it they would be able to fire the gun again, also the powers are not some kind of overpowered thing like shooting lasers out from their hands but more like making a sword swing heavier by being able to add extra gravitational force to a sword swing or the contrary by removing gravitational force from a enemy sword swing and making the user unharmed by the enemy attack.
