I got denied my ND permit at first because they confused me with a guy of the same name in the same city. Didn't matter that they had my social, finger prints, my DOB, and all that other shit they still fucked it up. I sent in a letter and got the permit a week later, but it was still annoying. And they took forever with mine and my friends' permits too. I'm in Minot nigga where you at.

I'm working on my TEXAS Chl now. Do fingerprints on Thursday. Once I send it all in, what's the wait time ?

Applied for a permit on 7/8, also ordered a holster on 7/8 (Alien Gear, I know they're not great but I'm looking for "cheap" and "not complete shit" out of a holster until I get a proper single stack 9mm).

It's a race to see if Alien Gear's shitty wait times are worse than my county's shitty CC wait times. Alien Gear didn't give me a delivery date, county clerk said it'll come in the mail in 3-4 weeks.

Arkansas doesn't have constitutional carry anymore so everyone that lives in arkansas have to go get a conceal carry licenses so that the court won't fuck you over and cops won't arrest/shoot you on sight for not having it.

Besides even if it was constitutional carry almost 90% of police here does not recognise such and consider the conceal carry license is still a thing while the 10% are just too far and between to even be noticeable around here.

It's safer to just go get a license for it so that you don't get legally fucked in court when a police stops you and somehow notices a gun sticking out between your fatass or you had to use it on another fatass running towards you with his made in china katana because you called his waifu shit

I run a site that visualizes the advancement of concealed carry laws from 1986 to today. I get asked so much why I have Arkansas marked as shall issue rather than constitutional carry by people who think I've made a mistake. It's such a weird situation and I think if there's any ambiguity it's not constitutional carry.
