Not, so long as it's winter, as shoulder holsters are your friend.
It's not as easy in the summer (at least in the southern states.)
>>
>>30674009
if you're wearing a coat, easy enough. you prolly shouldn't unless it's the only gun you have.
>>
>>30674009
not with the right holster and a little bigger than normal shirt. I'm 5'9 and 185lbs and carry a P226 all the time with no problems.

I'm literally the definition of a healthy weight.
Whatever.
Get a iwb holster that sets the gun at 30 degrees at 4(ish) o clock
>>
Anyone who's afraid to carry full-size with a IWB holster is simply inexperienced irrational faggot. Most people don't even notice open carry. They have no chance of noticing, nor have they even noticed myself carrying. I've never been spotted not even close.

depends on your body type and carry position

you can easily conceal any standard full size pistol if you carry appendix and have a chest that sticks out farther than your stomach i.e. if you are built like a grown male is supposed to be not a fat fuck or a skellington
>>
>>30674009
I IWB a full size 1911 to school everyday (CCW state), do fine with the right clothes.

I'm 6'2, about 215lbs (97 kg for the rest of world). Need to get a better holster for comfort and discretion, looking at getting a crossbreed.
>>
>>30674461
printing really isn't even that big of a deal in most cases, unless your wearing something too tight.
Most people wouldn't recognize an indistinguishable bump.
>>
>>30674279
I can't justify the price for a Legion. let alone Sig's normal asking price. the only reason I carry one is because I managed to pick up a earlier W. German P226 in 9mm with trijicon night sights for $475.
>>

6ft 155lb is completely normal. I was 6ft 140lb and that was just normal skinny, not hungry skelton

Muscle mass doesn't mean shit in terms of strength, muscle density does. Mass is for Chads and gay bodybuilders.

>PL
I'm not familiar with that acronym, care to explain?
>>
>>30680742
Your PL (powerlifting) total is your combined one rep max of your squat, bench press and deadlift.

It isn't really a perfect measure of an individual's level of overall strength but it's a good quick and easy measurement
>>
>>30680760
That explains why I'm not familiar with it, I don't lift nor do I go the gym. Most of my exercises are done at home and with bodyweight only, only weights I use is a pair of 20 lbs dumbbels.

I'm 6'0 159 lbs 7% body fat, I don't consider myself to be a strongman because it's not my goal but I also don't consider myself to be weak.

People lift in order to either be big/ripped or to be able to lift more. Both are fine goals to pursue if you want to look good or bodybuild but I wouldn't say it has much to with being practical.

>>
>>30680874
In what way is making yourself stronger and healthier as a whole not valuable or practical?
>>
>>30681489
Lifting doesn't make you any healthier in any way and certainly does not make you stronger as a whole, only in a few specific areas.
>>
>>30681578
Lifting will in fact make you physically stronger as a whole and if done with proper form will reduce your risk of injury should you have to lift something heavy/awkward outside of the gym.

I suppose that if you live a sedentary lifestyle and work a desk job that lifting is of little practical value to you but for the rest of us it absolutely has its uses.
>>
>>30681489
>healthier
Lifting doesn't have anything to do with getting healthy, if anything it can fuck you up if your technique sucks.

>stronger
What's practical about being overly strong? Having more muscle than you need is just plain unecessary. Why do you think military training is about cardio first and foremost?
>>
>>30674009
Depends. I CC my 92 using a shoulder holster pretty well, but it requires at least a hoodie.

I've regularly carried a Glock 19 for the past year and a half and recently switched to a Sig P228, which is slightly taller and weighs a bit more. I have no issue concealing either of them under a tshirt (provided it's an XL and not super thin/threadbare).

I had a M&P Shield that I sold because I just didn't need it, there's pretty much no situation I've been in that I can't adequately conceal a "compact" pistol, and I'm sure I could conceal a full size (G17/P226) just as easily. I've put my extended-baseplate 18rd mags in my P228 and it's still concealed just fine.

I'm 6'5" and 230 lbs.
>>
>>30681653
>Lifting doesn't have anything to do with getting healthy, if anything it can fuck you up if your technique sucks.
Same can be said of running or even casual sports. One of my friends seriously messed up his shoulder playing basketball of all things. Heck, people fuck themselves up just because of sitting for too long or slouching all the time.

>What's practical about being overly strong?
Why would lifting make you overly strong? What does it even mean to be overly strong? I've never met someone who could bench 350lbs who wished they could bench less.

>Having more muscle than you need is just plain unecessary.
That's very tautological.

>Why do you think military training is about cardio first and foremost?
Because military fitness training is about 10-20 years behind the times, just like military marksmanship training. Meanwhile in military organizations that are more flexible, lifting is a important portion of overall fitness culture.
>>
>>30677787

One time I made an inappropriate comment in front of my pseudomom and she went to hit me in the belly. She ended up bruising her knuckle on my gun, I felt sorta bad.
>>
I carry a TP9SA without printing most of the time. If I want to be a bit more comfy and don't want to risk printing as much (clothing situation), I'll switch out with a LC9. I'm 5'8" 130lbs.
>>
>>30674009
5'10
180

edcc a 1911 at 3 o clock for years comfortably

All "fullsizes" are not equal though, like I would say the 1911 is exceptionally easy to conceal because it is a very SLIM gun, there are many thicker guns of varying length which I find uncomfortable to cc.
>>
I carried an fnx for a while. For me the weight was more of an issue than the size
>>
You can easily CC damn near everything if you choose the right clothing.

Shoulder holster + Harrington jacket = 10/10 concealment, even if you're carrying two full-sized handguns at once.
