I have bright red hair, and whenever I go and play paintball, I only ever get shot in the head. Everybody I go with has darker hair or is wearing a hat, and they are only ever shot in the body. It might be how retardedly aggressive I play, but I think it's more likely that my bright colored hair just draws more attention.

Tl;dr is camo doesn't make you invisible, but it makes you harder to pick out from your surroundings
