Barrel is welded into the trunnion.
Barrel has a plug welded into the middle of it.
Chamber is filled with weld.
Bolt is either removed or the face is ground off at a 45degree angle.

Drill out front trunion rivets and drive out. Replace barrel and trunion. Replace or repair guide rails vial grinding. I'd replace. Possibly replace bolt. Expensive but do able

According to the EU ministers, this is easy fixable. Little bit of WD40 here, little bit of duct tape there and it will be back into action. And if you use a hammer on the fire selector, you'll turn it into a full-auto ak. Hope I won't get on a watch list for that.

Barrels and bolts are regulated parts in the UK. It would be almost impossible for OP to get them unless he had a friend in another part of the world willing to buy them and ship them over illegally.
