Just imagine it, the classic feel and functionality of a Hi-Power in a functional intermediate package.

Meh.

What would you really expect a JMB designed assault rifles to be like? I can onpy imagine you're thinking a lighter, scaled down version of some other JMB design (or combination of multiple, lightened designs), or a totally jew revolutionary and totally up for interpretation design.

Either it isn't to exciting, or beyond comprehending. And neither of those options occupies much of my thought or care.

But I am asking what you think, so tell me.

>The Hino–Komuro M1908 was a blow-forward operated, semi-automatic pistol of Japanese origin and was patented by Yujiro Komuro.

>The designer himself, Kumazo Hino, was also famous as a great inventor and an aviation pioneer. Most of the records were lost when Hino's home in Tokyo was fire bombed during World War II.

As of December 1992, a cache of 17 Hino–Komuro Pistols chambered in .32 ACP were found in a warehouse that are believed to have been stored for 45 years and seven were retained by Japanese authorities for evaluation when the rest were scheduled for destruction as they were not legally registered. A small number of these weapons are considered highly collectible firearms in the United States.

Made in small numbers by Victory Arms in the UK, the MC5 sold poorly and production rights were sold to Magnum Research USA, who made a handful of examples but never started full scale production.

Following the UK handgun ban nearly all MC5 pistols in existence were seized and destroyed.
Only a single original UK-made MC5 is known to still exist.

Looks like an M-60 pistol grip affixed to the forestock, welded together mags and a cutdown barrel.

Pretty much a customized M-14 "Jungle Carbine" in a heavy-duty caliber.

This type of things was done in WWII with BARs in the PTO. Gangsters also did it in the 1930s with BARs so they could fire them easier from cars. Pic related.

Nope, it's the DS-39. The Red Army intended it to be the replacement for their Maxim MGs, and at least on paper it was a lot better. It was much lighter (IIRC the weapon and the mount together weighed less than the Maxim gun without the Sokolov mount) and the design was simpler, making it easier and faster to disassemble.

However it suffered from some serious reliability issues (mostly involving its inability to reliably feed the standard rimmed 7.62 mm x 54R cartridge) and in 1941 it was abandoned in favour of returning to the old Maxim design, which wasn't replaced until 1943 by the SGM-43.
