during exams this june I had enough time on my hands to run 5k each day but I'll probably fall out of this habit when vac ends on the 18th

Alternating every other day:
Upper body / core:
One round on the machine doing heavy as I can (bench press, shoulder press, etc)
Free weights doing bicep curls to shoulder press (3 x 10)
100x jumping jacks
Pushups to failure, repeat 1x
Planking for 2:30, goal is 3 minutes

Lower:
Stationary bike for however the song I'm listening to is

Treadmill for 1 mile (as long as I can stand. I hate treadmills. I was running outdoor 5Ks until I moved into my new apartment)

Elliptical at max resistance, as long as I can

Nah, try this.

Go buy Buglers tobacco and maybe a hand roller. It's a pouch of loose leaf tobacco which comes with papers you can roll them in. No additives and it tastes fucking delicious. You can choose to buy filters or to smoke without filters, or do a little bit of both. Smoking without the filter is going to give yo a nice, heavy dose of nicotine. Those are wonderful for all around shitty days when you want to relax or calm down but don't want to smoke half of your pack in one go.

The only 'downside' is that rolling your own has a bit of a learning curb and can be a bit annoying at first. But buying a roller helps a lot with that and makes it much faster. Eventually you will be able to watch tv and just absentmindedly roll like 40 cigarettes without thinking much about it.

Oh, and in addition to being natural tobacco, Bugler is also pretty cheap and a pouch of the stuff with net you more than 1 pack of cigarettes depending on how well you roll your cigarettes and how much tobacco you stuff inside each one.

I run three miles every other day doing sprint intervals. My daily routine is push ups when I feel like it, and I try for 100 sit-ups in two minutes. Currently doing about 80 sit-ups in that two minutes.

I'm doing 5/3/1 with some kettle Bell work mixed in there. I try to run four days a week. Also, if you have not done so yet to got to /fit/ and read the sticky.
