Is there anything more manly than a battleship?
A spandau
A ship of the line.

Both together
>>30500662
A fleet of battleships?
>>30500662
A Battlestar.

Yes. Infantry. Especially when the platoon is commanded by a mean old bastard.

>Infantry
Pretty much. This particular picture is from training, not combat though.

Negatory.

My penis.
>>30500980
>both together
Both in one ship.
>>30504489
why
>>30504513
We didn't go straight from ships of the line to dreadnoughts you know.
>>30500662
but battleships are ladies...
>>30500662
This, penetrates that. So based on Roman sex code this is more manly.
>>30504799
Nothing more manly than this then.
>>30504718
They have dicks according to the doujins I read.
>>30504888
No, missile that can intercept harpoon or that is manlier. It's just the side that penetrates and the side that gets penetrated is what matters to Romans.
>>30504888
is...is she cupping it's balls?
>>30504513
There was this weird transitory period before we got large scale turrets but after we got propeller driven ironclads. The battleship as we know it only showed up around WW1.
Sorry if this is a stupid question but why are battleships always rather short and wide looking? Compared to other ships, it looks like their "hull" or whatever the body is doesn't rise must past the surface of the water.
>>30505223
A wider body means a more stable platform for shooting guns. That doesn't matter for up close, but if you're shooting at something in the distance it is nice if you have a stable platform to fire from.
>>30505247
>>30505223
Also it's good that you have a short silhouete because its simply less likely for enemy shells hit you than if you were a bigger ship.
>>30500662
A mothership.
