>pack an old school bag with shit and walk about a mile innawoods after applying some scent block
>set up shop and send out a call (it's about dusk now)
>wake up and it's night
>bewildered as fuck, can't see worth shit since lol no moon
>start panicking and sifting around leaves for my bag
>find it but the top was open and half of the contents are scattered around so I recovered what I could
>no flashlight and my phone (which was fully charged when I left) won't power up
>30-30 is in my lap still so I sling my bag on and sit their letting the environment set in
>absolute silence interrupted by the occasional breeze and the stars are out
>super pretty so I start to relax
>stand up and hear coyotes yelping to each other about a mile or two away
>turn around from blind and begin wandering towards the direction of my house
>walking as silently as I can but paranoia is setting in again because I hear sticks and shit breaking nearby
>start picking up the pace
>hear similar to link related echoing off trees
>they get into a frenzy and seem to be getting closer
>sounds like demons coming out of the earth to get me
>start running while trying to avoid the trees and briars
>take out a chunk of stone wall with my legs and tumble into my yard
>hurry inside and turn on all the lights
>coyotes stop
