I'm finding it a bit difficult to get every detail, but from what I understand there's been a bit of a dispute between the CUPW (Canadian Union of Postal Workers) and Canada Post over various labour issues as of late, so for the past couple of months both sides have had appointed conciliators going under negotiations to see if they can't get things settled.

Also, the butterfly in the "fuck Chechnya" patch is way too small, it would get completely lost in the embroidery. Scale it up a little, or it won't be recognizable.
