that'sn actually how you prime the bullet. when yoju prime it you are making a light impression on the bullets primer that weakens it and decreases thwe amount of hammer strength needed to strike the bullet and make it fire. the advantage of this is with a lighter sdtike comes a lighter trigger pull, this making the operator more accurate with the pistol

FWIW, Hubbard was pro gun and the scientologists are practically separatists so they're probably pro gun too.

In the latest hitman movie (awful btw) he kept taking people's slides off their pistols with the flick of a wrist mid gun fight.
