Have no idea how people get so bitchy about shooting guns for their first time. Shot a buddy's CC pistol and a couple rounds on a guy's AR-15 that was shooting with us. I can see why over a while that shit would hurt but after like one shot? Jesus.

This. Aside from a dislike of polymer and the odd guy who hates gas-powered actions, guns, like art, are one of the few things I will trust old men's opinions on.

Especially if I just watched said old man put a ten round group in a 1.5" hole with his own hand loaded ammo out of a rifle older than I am.
