High voltage bitch! A better explanation is that I took apart a microwave i found on the side of the road, and using the high voltage transformer from it, the power cord from it, and a pair of jumper cables I couldve totally killed myself.

But I didnt and made those burns instead, 2000+ volts man, if you try this (Dont try this) and you put your electrical leads too close together (dont do that) or <3 inches close, itll arc and scare the shit out of you. And that arc is quite literally what an arc welder is. Its also a way to make a shitty arc welder.

Most people here don't advocate modifying milsurp, regardless of what it is so it's doubtful you'll get many replies from people.

There used to be a tripfag named Erik the Red who posted here and did very similar modifications to his guns. He cut up his mosin like you wouldn't believe, covered it in barbed wire, added a heat shield, called it his fallout mosin. He also burned wolverines into his SKS complete with the silhouette of the kid holding his rifle over his head. It's a shame he doesn't post here any more, he has some great photos of himself going innadesert.
