Well, in case it is, those are sold pretty cheap everywhere, they are in a weak cartridge (for a revolver). Also, check out the hammer, it its sawn off it's DAO, which I guess is interesting to shoot but its only real advantage is that the hammer doesnt snag on clothes that much and pretty much sucks otherwise. So that price makes sense. I saw some around 4200 Czk here, which is like 200 bucks, maybe less in a reputable store.
