So I want to build my second AR and do it good this time. First try I got a cheap delton rifle kit on a poly lower, it shoots ok but it's not something I can beat on and know it will still work.

I want to build an AR that's nice and sturdy and I can trust my life too. Was thinking a full length A2 stock, Aluminum lower, nice drop in trigger pack, side charging upper with a key mod handguard, and a DD or FN 16" barrle.

Problem is I don't know who makes a good handguard, trigger pack, and all the extra stuff. It's going to be a small game rifle so not trying to go über tactical.

Do have a good idea here or am I a retard?
