The penis mightier than the sword!
Oops meant to say pen is.
>>
>>30271798

Just stab the fucker with a regular pen. The human body is not that damn hard, we get punctured pretty easy.
>>
>>30271808
Yep some of us get penetrated pretty easily.

I bet you're a big guy.

I mean I guess, if you have literally nothing else. They are banned by name in some places though so you might as well just carry a knife if that's the case.

As a last ditch effort to protect yourself, it's better than nothing I guess.
But I wouldn't carry it around with me expecting it to save my life.
Also I'm pretty sure you're supposed to be trained/knowledgeable on human pressure points.

I have one and like it. I got it from my boss when he went to a trade show (the company sells to the military, so there's always gear at the trade shows). It's made by Schrade, who I normally consider crap, but it's held up well over the last 5 years. I have it in my shirt pocket all the time. I also have CRKT pen, but I don't like it as much.

Basically, the only advantage I see to it, is that is has a pointed end, and a flat end, so if I stab with it, I have a pretty good grip, and my thumb rests on the flat end.

It's also aluminum, which gives it a nice weight, and the cap screws on and off, which is a nice detail, and I suppose it keeps it stronger with less chance of breaking.

If you carry a pen anyway, might as well have an overbuilt one that can be used as a kubaton, and is more rugged than a typical plastic pen.

Pic related, compared with common pen in the office.

tactical pens are not for stabbing.

Tactical pens are for tactical note taking, not self defense

Don't worry, senpai.

I got it covered.

My understanding of tactical pens us that their intended for people who wouldn't otherwise be able to defend themselves due to laws or the authorities in the area.

Example: an undercover/ on assignment member of the press. I remember reading an article about a year ago about a journalist who interviewed some sandniggers, and a tactical pen allowed him to stab an assailant and give him enough time to run away.

I also remember there being tactical pens that had a "DNA collector" crown, so if you had to fend of a rapist/assailant with it, you'd have a higher chance of still having a sample of some sort on the pen that you could provide to the cops to assist in apprehending the fucker.

9/10 people don't need one's and the other 1/10 could use other tools, but there's nothing wrong with there being more variety in the self defense implement market.

Why not just carry a knife?
Do you live in Bongistan or something?
>>
>>30280506

I just carry a knife despite the law.
>>
if it's the last and only thing you got, sure?
But let's be completely honest here.
How often do you lose regular pens?
How are you sure you won't lose your $10+ tactical pen?

it might help if the pens looked like pens instead of being labeled NINJA STABBER 5000
>>
>>30281968
Are those screw threads on there?
Seems like having to unscrew the cap would impede your ability to quickly stab someone in self-defense.

From pictures I've seen you're supposed to stab with the other side. Doesn't sound that effective

It is a discrete Koga. It is surprisingly effective as a melee weapon, its able to smash through most doors that aren't too thick.
>>
>>30282143
Its surface isn't ribbed like in your pic though, it seems like it'd be difficult to grip it tightly enough to put a lot of force behind it.
>>
>>30282143
I wonder how a windpipe would hold up against it
