Oh good, this meme again. All current Sigs have machined stainless slides with "Nitron" coating if all black/non-2-tone. Rust really only happened to older folded carbon slide Sigs in very humid environments while poorly stored and is still pretty uncommon. The MK25 & Combat models have their internals parkerized and/or chrome lined to pass additional salt spray test requirements. Nothing else is really that different.

You should strongly consider any "Certified Pre-Owned" Sig. They're usually LEO trade-ins with very light wear. They are then serviced in Exeter, and any worn parts replaced. Price is typically $500-$600. That's how I got the P220 above, and my P229 .40 S&W. http://www.sigsauer.com/CatalogProductDetails/certified-pre-owned-sig-sauer.aspx

durable finish....Not really just a marketing ploy
night sights are stock on all new sigs
tighter tolerance, 100% not true, i have navy, combat and elite, all the same sloppy exeter tolerances
short extractor is what the West German Fan boys always refer too
>>
>>30175146
>durable finish....Not really just a marketing ploy
So every finish is standard Nitron? Come on man, if you're going to make that claim you have to provide proof.
>night sights are stock on all new sigs
This is just not true. SigLite night sights are available for nearly every model, but they're not stock
>tighter tolerance, 100% not true, i have navy, combat and elite, all the same sloppy exeter tolerances
I disagree, but there's no way to argue this point that wouldn't just be your word vs mine, so I'll skip this one
>short extractor is what the West German Fan boys always refer too
I have no idea what point you're trying to make with that statement, we didn't mention West German sigs anywhere before? This was between the standard 226 and the mk25
>>
>>30175200
>short extractor is what the West German Fan boys always refer too

tbqh, this is me. I always point out the short extractor when people wonder what's the real appeal of the mk25.

>>
>>30176216
It was pretty much meant to replace the MP5. Its not really just an AR pistol. It has many AR features since many are already familiar with the rifle.
>>
>>30176221
It's okay, we all make mistakes.
>>
>>30173385
>>30173394
What this anon said. Go for the p320. It's a sweet pistol. We'll worth the money and the trigger is awesome, so is the modular design.
>>
>>30171778
>>30172554
>i can't shoot this gun
>blame it on bore axis

It makes so little difference in actually shooting. If you had ever actually shot one you would know that the recoil is very negligible and very manageable on the Sig P series. Bore axis makes very little difference at all. That's like saying "CZs are more accurate than Glocks," sure maybe in a mechanical rest or something but there is so little difference that actually shooting you will notice little to no difference, especially if you are fighting for your life.
>>
>>30176242
This.

>>30176216
>>30176123
It's not an AR pistol. First of all, it's piston operated and second it has a unique quick-change interface for barrel and handguard changes. Stop spouting memes and bullshit. The only thing AR-like is the controls, which most normal non-neckbeards see as a good thing.
>>
>>30171037

Why does the 320 look like a 6 year old kid's drawing of a gun?

I decided against it because of its size but I wanted a nice, good quality, alloy-framed, DA/SA double stack 9mm with a pic. rail. It was either the Mk25 or Beretta 92A1. I decided against either one but it's one of the few good quality, proven designs in that category so it's not just for people like "oh look at me I'm a Navy Seal." It's a nice gun.

Yes you definitely should. If you are as autistic as I am, check out the Inforce APL. It comes in tan/fde/whatever the fuck. Fits nice and flush with the muzzle too and looks really nice.

I know Inforce has a bad name but they actually learn from their mistakes. They have improved the APL significantly since it came out. I love mine and I love the switch mechanism and the fact that the batteries change through the front so you don't have to take it off. Here's a link to someone else's picture of the fde version, looks like the colors match well: http://i1152.photobucket.com/albums/p500/AR-Ryan21/CB803FA0-6E73-4311-9A57-66ABE558D204_zpsyfjljhn6.jpg

And the bolt. And the dust cover. And the forward assist. Just has a neat recoil spring set up that does away with the buffer tube.

Also, saying it is piston operated as a reason it is not like an AR discredits all the piston ARs out there.
>>
>>30178662
It lacks a forward assist but it doesn't really need one. So far at the 2,500 round mark without a cleaning and no malfunctions.

Looks interesting. Rather have a light than a laser but that's just me.

that's me. It's solid but the one thing I don't like about it is it's a bit too far out. Would be 10/10 if the tabs on the light would be a few millimeters closer to the trigger guard.

Supposedly there is a light that mounts to those screws coming soon.

integrated light would be great for a CCW. Then finding a holster wouldn't a pain. That's just my opinion.

The grip looks like it should have a hammer but it doesn't. This is actually kind of triggering me now.
