It's coming together nicely, just ordered a barrel for it and have all the pieces, just need assembly plus a trigger. Ordered a Fostech Echo that should arrive in October.

Yes I zero'd but it was at an estimated range because my shooting buddy forgot his range finder. I shoot on my own land so I haven't marked anything out yet except the longer range stuff. I have one lane out to 1k yards and one at 100 yards. I'll be out there again this weekend to shoot and will take pics

Hey, /arg,/ I have a question. This is the most appropriate thread I can think of to ask this in, so I figured you might be able to help.

I just bought a Ruger Precision Rifle, and I've already decided I don't like the handguard that comes with it. Luckily, the RPR accepts just about any AR handguard under the sun. I'd like something more than 15" long, if that's a thing, because it's got a 24" barrel on it. I'd prefer it not to be keymod, but that's fine too if it's neato. It's mostly a bench rifle, so I don't care about weight, really. I'd prefer something svelte, with rails towards the end that goes "pew," so I can stick my bipod on. Any suggestions?
