I made a decent enough copy with a Uberti Cattleman. Replaced the hammer with a non- safety version. Ditto the base pin. Had a set of grips made with the finger grooves and got a holster/belt made.

I bought a Navy to make a good companion with my flintlock. later got a second one that i keep for parts.

I like having the option of switching between a .36 barrel and cylinder and a .44.
