Digging that Korth. Is the Hi Power a MKIII?
>>30057389
Or is that revolver a Dan Wesson?
>>30057222
This is the only gun I have within arm's reach right now.
>>30057222
My first and only (for now) gun.
>>30057389
>Is the Hi Power a MKIII?
>ring hammer
>lanyard loop attachment
>honest holster wear
>not recognizing a pre-1970s production, surplus Hi Power when you see it
Come on, bro. Is this the pistol thread on /k/ or is this r/guns?
>>30057466
Sweet shooter. Cherish it. Don't ever sell it. Ever.
>>30057474
Sorry :( I'm not an expert on BHPs yet.
>>30057475
>Don't ever sell it. Ever.
It's a fucking Ruger, not a Colt.
>>30057475
Thanks anon. I love it. And of course I can't sell it.
>>30057487
It's his first gun. It is special.
>>30057523
Good, my grandpa has one in two tone. I liked it.
>>30057487
He meant it as a sentimental object.
I can't cuck my first gun.
>>30057445
It's the only one you need desu senpai
>stainless steel revolver
Are you a pimp by any chance?
>>30057551
Kek
>>30057569
Nice Walther M9L1
>>30057569
D-does it work?
I had this laying around.
I love this gun, considering what I paid for it. Accurate as all hell, night sights, goes bang. Ya know, like yer mom.
>>30057551
You think that makes me a pimp? I just ordered a polished stainless steel cz 75.
Pic related.
>>30057678
Kek, nice Sig.
>>30057682
It screams Romanian pimp.
>>30057421
DW
Korths have the cylinder release by the hammer, DW has it on the crane
>>30057678
I got mine for a great price too. I got the full FDE with night sights
>>30057569
Nice Sauer Heckler PKK .380
love mine...
>>30057711
I see.
>>30057701
Thanks. It goes well with my P228 and P220.
>>30057715
FDE looks nice. What did you pay for yours? I got mine for $333 shipped with a nice sig laser, but only 1 damn mag.
out of town for a while. these are the only two I have on me.
>>30057222
USPs are always beautiful guns but I love how it looks with the subtle holster wear on the slide corners
1/2
>>30057789
what's the one with the flat 1911 shaped grip? how does it feel in the hand compared to the regular 75?
>>30057789
2/2
Sold two pistols to get her, and had enough left to put a better CZ 85 pre b on lay away
>>30057789
Bit of a fanboi?
ive got a SAM Philippines Elite model 1911
if anyone wants pics i can post, its pretty edgy looking though
>>30057752
Thank you. I love that P210.
>>30057805
CZ 40B
Feels like...a 1911 grip, maybe a bit wider, i dunno, don't feel too bad though, and it's the first .40 problem solver i actually like shooting
>>30057821
you have got some tiny hands anon
>>30057752
How much was the P210? I need one bad
>>30057847
thanks. here's another pic. I can't wait to see how the US made ones turn out.
I'm starting to seriously consider a USP too. I'll have to handle both 9 and 45 to see which grip I'd prefer.
>>30057821
>>30057856
oh yeah, it's in .38 super
West German Sig P226.
Finally took a decent picture.
>>30057910
Oomph, that's sexy. Mine is a .40S&W, it feels great. I got it for $469 at my LGS.
>>30057921
I would do sex to fat woman for that.
>>30057891
it was either $2300 or $2350 I think
also included a leather holster and five mags
the Exeter ones are supposed to be around $1200, so I'm interested to see what they're like
"You're gonna carry that weight..."
>>30057975
Thanks. Can't wait to get one.
>>30057976

>>30058064
I really like the Luger. was it inherited?
also what caliber is the Blackhawk in?
>>30057976
>slide mounted safety
Still a nice gun though. Overall thoughts on it?
Muh pistols, all Germans.
>>30058131
Yeah I inherited it.
Supposedly my grandfather found the Luger on Iwo Jima during WW2. He, a navy boy, and a bunch of marines went into the caves looking for souvenirs and he happened to come across it. Still not so sure about the legitimacy of the story...
Blackhawk is .41 magnum
>>30058149
his is a frame mounted safety though.
yours is a slide safety, Spike.
>>30057914

going to turn it into an Open gun?
>>30057545
What about if it's a used first gun? I was a collegepoorfag when I got mine. I've since gotten a few more but am considering selling it. But since it was my first one I'm kinda on the fence as dumb as it sounds.
>>30057222
>>30058155
I figured it was a war trophy but was not expecting from the pacific.
is it in 9mm? nazi issue or commercial?
>>30058165
yea I fucked it up and didn't feel like reposting and deleting
>>30058170
>I'm kinda on the fence
unless you're seriously strapped for cash, don't sell a gun unless you are 100% positive you will not ever miss it.
>>30057942
Thanks senpai.
>>30058149
Nice gun. A bit heavy, but it makes shooting very pleasant.
Trigger is good but not great.
Controls are pretty easy to reach but not perfect.
Overall it's a good gun mechanically and it's aesthetic as fuck.
If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up.
>>30057252
Nice DW. Meaning to get one but, wife.
>>30058208
Kinda, but I'm trying to avoid selling it by selling some other bullshit stuff I have. It's my only .45
Grade 1 Polish Radom P-64 9x18
shit or it?
want a budget carry piece
>>30058213
>I highly recommend picking one up.
I'm in the market for a steel framed 9 and I'm deciding between a Jericho and a CZ SP-01.
What's the recoil like on a CZ-82?
>>30058287
>>30058266
I like my Jericho, but there are no parts aftermarket or otherwise to be had.
The CZ can be tuned and upgraded to your heart's content.
An old style Jericho is hard to come by as well (mine is Israeli surplus).
I'd go for the CZ unless you love Bebop as much as me lol.
>>30058283
Not bad.
Pick up an extra power spring from Wolff to help tame it.
>>30058151
Sexy.
>>30058171
Quaint, classy. I like it.
>>30058265
Get it.

What do you think of this strange Glock 17 conversion?

Just what I happen to have by my bed. I want to get a 2011 as well - thinking a SPS Pantera as babby's first since it's cheap.
>>30058336

>>30058389
Your name's not Jack, is it?
>>30058370
Man I fucking love 2011 style guns. Something about that full length dust cover.
>>30057856
how long is the barrel on that Match Witness? looks way longer than the Witness P.
the Witness series is such an underrated platform for the price, got mine for less than $500 after transfers and sales tax and the .22 kit for $150.
>>30058360
Very interesting
What I happen to have on hand.
Same as op but my USP is 9mm and my hi power is real.
>>30058428
Brain boner activate.
>>30058428
yeah. i mean i wouldn't kick a standard dust cover model to the curb, y'know.
i just go to Enos and drool sometimes.
>>30058440
the Stock II/III is popular in USPSA/IPSC Production circles.
>>30058370
It's a blow-back pistol, it's either going to jump no matter what.
I've found that I have better control with a heavier spring.
I can keep it on target easier due to not over correcting for the snappy bastardized; it really makes it easier to have decent follow through.
>>30058445
M-mine is real... It's just different...
>>30058453
I'm saving up for a Stock III in 10mm.
What a sexy beast!
>>30058453
>the Stock II/III is popular in USPSA/IPSC Production circles.
Stock III Xtreme is my gunfu but outside of precision/competition shooting circles Tanfoglio is completely unheard of on the average shooting range.
>>30058412
Maybe next thread, that shit takes forever.
4 Glocks, 5? berettas, 3 CZ's, 3 S&W revolvers, 3 colt snake guns, Ruger mark II, Too many 1911's, Steyr, Lelkek, a Tok and Mak, and a Space Cowboy because muh memes.
>>30058413
No.
>>30058453
>i mean i wouldn't kick a standard dust cover model to the curb, y'know.
Full dust cover or extended guide rods for standard length dust covers.
>>30058453
especially ones with the SVI signature grip. that plus a pinned grip safety... and somehow the laser-cut grip tapes just look so right even though i know micropockets are the real way to go.
>>30058457
yeah, some dudes prefer a quick snappy recoil. just saying.
>>30058472
>>30058486
and even on /k/ Tanfo's aren't as well-known as the Czech guns.
>>30058389
wtf m8. jesus christ.that's beautiful.
just picked this up this afternoon - CZ 75 Shadow Line
>>30058499
I want to hate some of the crazy ass riced out 2011s poeple have but it's kind of hard at times.
Czech this retro-futuristic space dandy.
It's not very ergonomic, it's low capacity, and it has a downright hazardous decocker.
I fuckin love this gun.
Get one if you haven't done so yet.
>>30058530
what's especially crazy (to me) is when they start with the 45 and 90 degree C-More mounts.
>>30058559
it's for shooting gangsta
>>30057474
Where do you learn more about Hi power models? I'm fucking obsessed with them as of late, but don't know how to tell the little differences apart.
Pic related is about 10 inches from me on the bed right now.
>>30058559
>45 and 90 degree C-More mounts
I have never heard of this shit. What possible advantage would that give.
>>30058600
more reliable ejection since the casings have a clearer pathway. and the dot is closer to the boreline.
slide ride MRDS get battered more than a C-More
Nanomachines
>>30058616
I understand the rational and everything but man is that one ugly fucking gun.
>>30058659
>rationale
>>30058678
>>30058659
i think it could just be that gun. Open blasters get pretty crazy. i'll find some CZ/Tanfo and Glock open guns and post them too.
>>30058704
here's a Glock
>>30058704
>Open blasters get pretty crazy.
No doubt. Those dudes are competitive to say the least.
Hello /k/, I recently bought an SR9 and was wondering what it costs to have night sights installed. Not really familiar with firearms that aren't USMC issue. Any help is appreciated. Pic related, it's mine.
>>30058743
yup. and here's a more-recent one based on aesthetics/sight.
>>30058773
I'm assuming they like frame mounted dots because they don't move with the slide like a MRDS does.
>>30057222
>>30058806
yup, generally easier to track the dot through recoil and batters the optic less since all the slides are lightened and they run some pretty light recoil springs.
Carry Optics is the slide ride division (as long as you're not shooting a Unicorn Tanfo/CZ, i think only the P07 is under the weight limit)
Old
>>30058944
New
>>30058193
Yeah the Luger is chambered in 9mm and from what I'd assume it was Nazi/Wehrmacht issued, but what I don't get is how it made it's way to the Pacific.
He told me he found it in box in it's holster + magzine and take down tool with some rifles and grenades.
