I dont know why people get so butthurt over them.
Someone from KAC claimed they never sold them to civilians and the only way people got them is stolen ones, but its been proven the government wont take them back after they are issued to troops. The government has also auctioned them off in the past.

KAC is just butthurt people can get their sight for 1/3 of what they sell them for
