If you ask me, the ambiguous part of the 2nd Amendment is "shall not be infringed". What, specifically, qualifies as infringement? Is ANY restriction of what weapons one could buy infringement? On the other hand, one could argue that as long as there is SOME weapon one could legally own, the right itself is not being infringed.
