Alright OP, your question has been answered. This is now a /kfit/ thread.

What's you all doing for PT shit? I've been doing a lot of compound lifts; I really love clean & jerks, and the various types of snatches (phrasing). Been trying go heavy on my deadlifts using just chalk and no straps.

Big thing is food. I'm bulking, but moving from dat dirty bulk to clean protein & fat. No beer, super reduced hard liquor, no crap, no soda (even diet). Highly limited caffeine intake.

Going on rucks innawoods at least twice a month. Running or swimming at least 2 times a week.

My goal is bearmode with god tier quads and back while still having passable cardio.

Full completion, 1 rep max:
Bench: 265lb
Deadlift: 425lb
Squat: 355lb
Clean & jerk: 155lb

Haven't been timing runs, but trying to eye ball a nice 8-9min mile pace as a sustainable jog. Rucking 50lb (45 dry, 5 wet), not timing it since it's innawoods rather than a road.

Heavy lifting 3 days a week, light lifting/bodyweight stuff 2 days, cardio 2 days.

New diet has me trying to injest 200g of protein a day, which holy shit is tough to get used to again.

I am eating pretty clean right now. Eggs and fruit in the morning, bro-tien twice a day. Veggies and stuffed peppers at night.

I have been eating a lot. I haven't been properly counting, but probably in the range of 3k, and I have been eating total crap.

My new plan with clean eating is 2200 kcal, properly recorded. That number is just a hair under what my maintenance number should be. Going for 60% fat, 40+% protein, >10% carb.

Cardiowise, yeah, I've been slacking. It's been a combination of wanting to focus on lifting and being in a sedentary job (which drove me up the fucking wall). Now I have more time to work out and am on my feet a comfortable amount during the day. I figure I'll add in a walk every day. Nothing xtreme, just a ~1 mile leisure walk.

Once I can fit comfortable back into my 36in tactical pants without feeling like an explosive hazard, I'll call it good.

Your c&j is really low compared to your deadlift and squat. You got any shoulder problems? You self taught? Your c&j should be anywhere from 80-85% of your max squat. I loved oly lifting, shit is so cash but now I've become a lazy piece of shit. I need to get back on it.

The c&J is self-taught. I just started adding them to my workout and I want the form to be very good before I try and go heavy on them. Seems like a recipe for long term physical pain if I fuck it up.
