I just picked a select image to represent what we are getting into, but I can see what you mean by it's not everyone's cup of Rosehip.
It fits what the LNs sought to do, which is called "batshit insanity mixed with cute girls who are lusting for promotions over human lives", or something like that.

I'm doing the preliminary QA on this job, so expect a dump or at least a link by tomorrow sometime.

-Groundless is going smoothly, but I do need to re-edit (again) the timetable I set out months ago to keep it up with current progress.
-We might finally be getting some new Ribbon Warrior soon, and actual translations at that!
-I believe Upotte 70 is in progress, or was that 69...?
-Overlord (which is also good) had it's 15th chapter come out recently, as did some of the other random magical RPG things that some people are doing. I really don't know what that half of the group does, but it's not like I really care either...
Probably forgot some stuff, but you can always check the wiki for that.

Well, those sites will find a way to get the files in the end, you just have to wait slightly longer for them then. Batoto makes it easy for me to upload them, plus some of the translators are from there so it makes it easy to stay in contact.

Realistically, I could be just uploading to our wiki and letting these other sites DL the files, but I like to beat them to the punch (plus I get the ability to edit if problems arise).

We are going to focus our efforts on Girls und Panzer der Filme once it comes out on DVD in... 17 days.

Our resident editor said that he might do nautically-correct subs for HaiFuri, but I wouldn't see the problem in getting some slightly more interesting music in the background.

The problem would be that some of the scenes, while seemly out of place, still have corresponding BGM that sets the mood. Changing that may change the meaning (for better or worse).

It wasn't RO that set me off. I was a huge fan of Killing Floor, played it for hundreds of hours. A lot of people got upset at the first (actually extremely pay to win) weapon pack dlc. I didn't care too much, but when they asked for feedback on their forums and the majority of people said, "We don't like this, please don't do it again," they promised they wouldn't and then released a new one a few months later.

Also, Killing Floor 2 is still in early access, has been for several months if not over a year. It barely has any new content added since release, and they had the audacity to add microtransaction csgo crate bullshit before they even added in sharpshooter.

Well it's a bit weird,
it is taking place in the 1920's, where in our timeline, the first world war has already ended.
In their world however, it seems like the conflict never escalated (well, until now)
So it's taking place when in our timeline the fuck up of the weimar republik took place, which had to deal with unfair treatment through the versaille treaty, which led to a finacial and social crisis (read up dolchstoßlegende) which led to the rise of the Nazi party.
The Nazi party still existed in the 1920's, but wasn't really popular at this time.
The ones who backed them were WW1 veterans who felt betrayed because of versaille and people who rejected the condition of the treaty.
Also antisemites, lots of antisemites.

Yeah, the point of my post was to show that if WW1 (i.e. versaille) didn't happen, it's unlikely the nazis ever got onto power
