The Impact Guns in Ogden is a lot bigger. Park City Gun Club is nice, but pricy. If you'll be around May 14th, there's a big community shoot a ways out of the city.

I want to check out Ogden impact too, but it's tricky finding things open on Sundays. Not too concerned about price as time is so short, and happy to shout an accommodating bro some mags of class III goodness

The West Valley Impact Guns is alright, but not very big. The new Impact downtown is pretty big, but last time I was there (November I think) it was almost bare since it had just opened.

Gallenson's is kinda cool and it's dead center downtown. It has sort of that backwoods gun shop feel with shitty shelves in an old building, but they have a good selection of new shit. You can get small AR parts ala carte too, which is nice for when your buddy is building his first rifle and launches a takedown detent into nowhere.

I lived in Salt Lake City for 5 years, and I never felt welcome there. Everyone felt eerily fake, and I got told by some coworkers that they wish I'd leave on several occasions.
