Is the Remington 783 any good? Friend wants to buy a 700 but he said he can sell me his 783 for cheap. I was looking at getting a 700 VTR myself at first.

I really really want an RDB.

I really wanted a Tikka T3 but this one looks so noice. The reciever itself seems like a quality set-up. Priced under the T3 too. Just waiting for the release date I guess.

I'm a fan of their PMR, but not so much of the rest of them. Love the KSG, RDB, RFB and the PLR/SU-16s though.

I use one. Very good little 9mm. The SAO trigger is crisp enough to be accurate further than what you would need the gun for. Likes to run wet, so use oil liberally or quality slide grease. Runs better with 124 gr. and above. 115 gr., in my experience, has had problems extracting from the chamber.

Picking up pic related hopefully soon. I'm going for the 18.5" barrel because why the hell not. I live in Michigan, I doubt I'll really get full use out of a 24" in the brush up here (and yes, the barrel does actually have chokes).
