wrong, theyre used all the time in the competition world. like it or not, 1911's are super accurate guns. comp shooters chamber it in 38 super for the extra pressures to help the compensators keep the weapon on target. uspsa grand master dude at my local range has like 3, theyre fucking amazing

There is exactly 1 proper implementation of the .45acp. There's only 1 way in which it's correct to use and that is in a single stack 1911.

1911's have only 1 version which is acceptable: 5" barrel, internal extractor, single stack .45acp.

Everything else is just wrong and anyone who says otherwise is a fag.
