I used the 80% arms jig. It enables you to complete the lower with a drill press and a router.

I'd post a finished picture but we didn't get to finish mine, we only got my friend's done.

Pretty much the best piece of cinema I've seen in years and in the past month I've watched the revenant, Mad max: fury road, deadpool, and batman v superman. Both are shit compared to hardcore henry, with Batman v superman being shit compared to deadpool/mad max and both being much better than revenant.
