piston ARs suck

it replaces the gas tube with a short stroke piston that smacks the gas key and pushes the carrier back.

it also causes the carrier to tilt and fuck up the receiver and buffer tube. It also torques the locking lugs on the bolt and they might shear off from it.

It's a shitty fucking solution to a problem that doesn't exist. DGI or Direct Gas Impingement is the operating method of normal AR-15s and it is absolutely amazing.

DGI is better than GP or Gas Piston essentially.
