I really want an M39 too.

LMT in .223 and a .45ACP carbine AR. I've wanted a LMT for a while now and the .45 is mainly so I can talk about stopping power in an ironic way at the range.

Savage somethingorother, Ruger American, or something used I can find in my LGS or pawn shop. An example is a Marlin I'm not sure of the model but is $225. They will throw in 5 magazines though so I'm thinking its an older Marlin?

I'd recommend a savage MKII especially the FV-SR if you ever plan to suppress it, but if you find a good deal on something else go for it.
