What are the best concealed carry holsters and self defense ammo for a Polish P64? I'm also looking for aftermarket grips for it, preferably someone that will male custom ones.

>Holster
Aliengear makes one
>Ammo
Hornady makes a good JHP
>Grips
They donot exist
>>29401405
I heard that the ones being sold as a surplus were beat to shit. How's your piece anon?
>>29401473
Haven't bought it yet. I'm buying from Classic Firearms so I may spend the extra $20 to pick one out

You had your chance for male grips on a 9x18 pistol
>CCing a P-64
Are you fucking retarded?
>>29401473
Not OP but I bought mine for $199 from JG. There is a little finish wear but its minor and appears to be the result of holstered carry.

It's inexpensive, reliable, and durable.

Damn near flawless from aim (this was months ago tho)

I cc a P-64.
Holster: Sticky MD-3. Made for PPK, fits Maks just fine
Ammo: Hornady Critical Defense
Grips: www dot marschalgrips dot com makes custom ones out of a variety of woods. I got the shorts, no beavertail in maple with shellac finish. Very nice.
Is there any reason to not buy this instead of a ppk? Way cheaper and the weight difference is slightly in the p64's favor. I've read the DA trigger pull is like 20 lbs though.

120 N, so 26.97 and a piece pounds. Wolff makes recoil and mainsprings for it, about $7 each, and swapping them out really helps.

I've had my eye on one of these as a cc for a long time, can anyone sway me on it besides the basics you pointed out>>29401634

P-64 pros?
>Reliable, with almost no breakable pieces
>Better penetration than .380
>Accurate (I'm able to keep groups in the 8 ring at 25 yards)
>Good form factor
>Inexpensive
Cons
>Low mag capacity (single stack, 6+1)
>Tiny sights (not really an issue at close contact ranges, but some folks don't like that)
>Heavier than most CC pieces of equivalent size
>Fucktard heavy DA if you don't do what >>29403473 said and swap your springs
>Snappy
Depending on your needs, you may or may not like it. I'd recommend (if you can) borrowing one from someone who has one and running a box of 93gr PPU ball through it. PPU is a bit lighter than most MAK ammo, and makes the snap more pronounced. This is important because the gun can be unpleasant to fire and you need to know what you're buying.

Love mine. I'm carrying it until I get a better carry piece.
Aim is dead on accurate. Mine is from 1970
The DeSantis softuck holster is great

Ammo i just use hornady
>>29401480
Dont, i just bought mine from them hand select and it was still not Very Good condition, more like good. Function was perfect. Barrel almost new. Grips scratched to shit, i had to dremel mine smoother. No scratches, only holster wear toward barrel. Im glad i got this lot considering the import stamp is on the bottom, forward of the trigger guard.
