looks like the bolt is riding over the cartridge. either use a different magazine (one with a better spring), use a shorter OAL cartridge, alter the feed lip geometry, or use a slightly lighter recoil spring.

any or all of the above can help.

First time out with it. Glock brand glock clips. Probable should try a different magazine though huh

I have a P01 and have put well over 3000 rounds of a variety of trash rounds through it. Never a FTF or FTE. Honestly fucking amazed, especially considering the use of shitty remanufactured ammo and freddom munitions shit.

you do know that CZ is just as big of a meme as glock is. Both guns can work very well, yet both can have their own fuck ups. I have had problems with my CZ 75, than I have had with any of my glocks....Not to say there has been any problems with them, they're far from perfection, still have had less problems with them than I have with CZ. So fuck off fag.

Didnt gen 4s get released with a batch that had improper recoil springs?

If your mag doesnt suck, then maybe contact glock as they warranty and acknowledge the issue.

Usually stovepipes though.
