I would charge about 4-5 dollars a piece depending on the size. Shipping would be quite low to ship a letter that could fit 1-3 patches in it. Around 2 dollars for second class and 3 for priority first class. I would use StoreEtsy and PayPal for selling. Also, pic related is one of the patch firms people use a lot in here. Yeah, not quite 100 yurobucks but close. Velcro is 0,05 cents a piece and merrow or laser cut is included in the price.
