Someone here knows this gun?
>>

Clearly a Famas
>>
is that an SVT 40 with plastic furniture and a folding stock?
>>
>>29332953
Looks like it
>>
>>29332953
Thank you sir.

looks like some bubba'd FN49
>>
>>29332953
>>29332963
It looks completely different
>>
>>29332939
It's a frankenfucked stage prop. M14 mag and part of a M14 stock with many modifications.
>>
looks like a BM59 with a sidefolder.
>>
>>29332939
BM59.

Basically a carbine version of the M1 garand with a detachable mag and a folding stock.

Looks to be modified to an extent. Meant more in the barrel area. I'm probably wrong, just making a guess.

It's definitely an M1A/M14 variant of some sort, but I have never seen one like that nor can I find it.

Higher res pic

>I'm probably wrong
You are very wrong, take one look at the receiver.
>>
>>29333028
>BM59
Yeah, I initially thought M14 too, but couldn't find anything with a similar barrel and front.
>>
>>29333041
Whoops, didn't mean to copy the BM59. Damnit.
>>
>>29333041
Who knows, I haven't seen any M14 variants with a wooden stock that has AK style vents on the top cover, not to mention the small heat shield forward of it. It's definitely a weird rifle, probably some real obscure variant or something.
>>
Definitely a BM59 variant, no idea where that forend bit comes from though.

are they gonna be OK?
>>
>>29333028
that is an m1 garand modified to take a magazine.
the clip release (yes clip) on the side of the receiver is a dead give away for a garand.
>>
>>29333195
That seems to be the closest so far. It really seems to me to be a nigger-rigged m14 or something similar. Mostly because the stock looks like it was chopped , and an ak tube stock was glued on

well technically youre kind of right.
the bm59 is a modified garand
>>
>>29332939

Where is this pic from?
>>
>>29333245

Not OP but think its a sao paulo shootout, so a modded BM59 seems most likely
>>
>>29333219
>clip release
And M14s could also have bolt releases. The picture quality is pretty bad, clearly something is there but you cannot definitively say it's a Garand or BM59.

>>29333195
I'm not saying it's not, but this doesn't offer any more evidence. So it's got a folding stock? I could buy a folding stock for an M1A, too. It doesn't have the same stock, nor does the handguard have the ventilation holes or the forward heat shield. The grip is very different as well.

With a lot of these weapons they tend to not be modified from their original configuration. I would consider the highest likelihood is that this is the stock configuration of this weapon as it came from the factory.

>>29333245
It's from Brazil, supposedly. I was hoping that would be a clue as to what gun that is, precisely.
>>
>>29333284
>but you cannot definitively say it's a Garand or BM59.
same mag as bm 59
same stock as bm59
same receiver as bm59
its a bm59
>>
>>29333294
>same mag as bm 59
So very different from an M1A, right? They're slightly wider, hard to tell from the pic if that's the case. By all means it could be, the cant on the bottom looks more angled to signify a BM59, but I'm not convinced on that alone.

>same stock as bm59
Again, so very different from an M1A, right? Find me a pic of a BM59 stock with these features: three vents on upper handguard, a folding stock that looks like that, a grip that looks like that, a forward heat shield with three holes. It could be several different pics for all I care, but I can't find one pic of a BM59/62, a Garand, an M1A/M14 or anything with any of those features.

>same receiver as bm59
Again, so very different from an M1A, right? The clip release could very well be that, or it could be a mag release, it's a shitty pic.

>its a bm59
Again, not saying it's not, but you haven't proven that it is, you're just speculating based on very broad generalizations. It is most certainly a weapon derived from the Garand, whatever it is, but it is not definitively a Beretta BM59/62.
>>
>>29333392
now youre just being pedantic.
