CZ 452 Ultra Lux

Im upset because its not a CZ 750, but not too bad anon

Not too bad. The gun itself is sturdy and reliable, plus the trigger can easily be upgraded or replaced.
The newer 455 models usually have better triggers and smoother bolts, plus can use different barrels for 17hmr and 22wmr.

I got a 455 synthetic a month ago and am very happy with it. Only downside is the reversed safety - safe is forward, fire is towards the shooter. Usually it is the other way around.

I got the 452 because I heard it was better than the 455.

Can someone recommend me a good sling for this gun? Maybe a nice good looking army green?

I've decided against having metal on the sling as to keep the gun in the best condition I can.

I'm reading some weird things about the stud on the CZ, like lots of sling mounts and slings don't fit

Can anyone with a CZ 452 explain this to me?

For what it's worth I've mounted a Harris bipod to the front stud with no problems. So I imagine if you buy slings that fit these studs then you shouldn't have a problem.

I'm not sure how the finishes are now but I bought mine from new but it was manufactured in 96. The finish was a bit crap and didn't compliment the wood at all. I removed the finish and applied a Minwax antique oil finish and now it looks fantastic.
