Buy an upper from turners outdoorsman,they have deals here and there on them. Mine is a Delton 1:9 twist m4 length hbar upper. Came out to like $360ish with bolt and carrier included. I made mine on a 80% receiver. Could have done a better job on it but it shoots so meh. (don't have pic of complete rifle cause file too big) but this is muh lower I made. It now has a bullet button on there,this was when I had finished it and mocked it up.
