Yeah, the channel got terminated right after it was suspended and then brought back. There actually had to have been some fuckhead in Google to personally remove his account, despite the high number of subs (3mil, I believe). YT would not willingly write someone off like that with that many subs, unless there was some vendetta against the guy.
