What, in your opinion makes a good all around arsenal, enough to cover every situation? List the guns you would use to cover your bases, try to keep it under 7 guns please.
Here is what I have currently:
1.ar15
2.8mm yugo mauser

What I want to get:
4.ruger american in 22lr

6.glock 19
7.something in either 308 or 30-06, would appreciate input.

1. 12 gauge for weaponizing small fish/rock salt/whatever flavor of kryptonite works on your spooky adversary
2. elk rifle with >400m range
3. concealable handgun for two-legged predators
4. .22lr rifle
5. scary black hi-capacity shoulder thing etc.
Those are my necessities, in order of necessity.
6. sidearm for bears, like .454 casull with 8" barrel
7. .50bmg
I don't have either of those last two.

Any thoughts? Suggestions? I would appreciate it, as I am new to guns and relatively clueless, and would like to know which guns to get.
I think I have a well rounded arsenal, all I need is a shotgun. I live in Texas and 5.56 will kill everything here on two legs or four.

>"Tactical" Rifle. Think AR, AK, etc. While I love mine for what it is, I also see it as a "middle finger" to the populist ideal.
>Shotgun for hunting, HD is optional. 20 gauge will cover many bases for that. Think an 870 with a spare 18" barrel.
>Hunting Rifle. Something you can take big game with. Go wild, fudd it up. Choose your caliber based on what you're likely to hunt.
>One reliable handgun of any type that, can be concealed if needed and you will take the time to get good with. Mine is a CZ P-01
>One .22 pistol or rifle for killing tin cans, for guests, first-timers, your kids, family, etc. This is your fun gun, so think well.
>Milsurp Rifle for a bit of history, this is very optional.
Essentially if money is a factor, you'd also want to limit the total number of calibers to the bare minimum. I've listed out 6 guns with #6 being totally optional.
I guess for relevance my arsenal is:
1. AR-15
2. Ruger GSR
3. No.4 Mk.2 Enfield
4. Marlin XBT-22 or whatever the tube bolt gun is called.
5. CZ P-01
Pic related, though I need to take a new one.
