cuz they comfy, cuz they work.

Sadly there's also a 14 inch barrel.
It has to start as a pistol grip only shotgun, then it can evolve into a gyrados, and then a Non-NFA item with a 14 " barrel and birdshead grip to lengthen it to 26.5 inches.
>not designed to be fired from shoulder at factory
>firearm
>no stock =firearm, restriction is overall length

And when I had a top folder on it...
>>28446827
Should've kept the top folder, it looks cooler and that matters more.

>>28446827
That is ugly as sin
>>28446847
The top folder is cool.
>>28446866

>>28446866
That is the ugly part.
>>28446878

I'm getting an Ithaca 37 in this link http://www.simpsonltd.com/product_info.php?products_id=42362
Can I put a Choate pistol grip onto it, or is that a bad idea? It as an 18.5" barrel.
>>28446885
I have an A1, love it. Get the 18, and be aware it's not light.
also BM this place, they have the best mounts for the 18" Mossies. http://www.cdmgear.com/default.html
>>28446834
I'm getting an 8.5" from a friend, the folder will go on that.
>>28446915
I think it has to stay over 26" in order to use a pistol grip on a shotgun if it was manufactured with a stock.
I'd be careful.
A pawn shop in my area has a LAW-12 for $799. Should I get it?
>>28446939
18 barrel and 26" oal if it was built with a stock.
Am I the only one who loves a good ol bear claw?
>>28446770
You can always cut down a wood stock for a 500. Same rules apply, has to be built without a stock. Be sure not to mount the stock before cutting aswell.
>>28446954
So he wouldn't be able to then without filing paperwork for a Short Barreled Shotgun?
>>28446746
>novelty
you mean using the phallic device to fuck yourself in the ass with your beloved funs?
>>28446972
How do you get the grip perfectly round like that if the stock is molded into it?
>>28446794
>It has to start as a pistol grip only shotgun, then it can evolve into a gyrados,
from now on im calling pistol grip shotties magikarps
>>28446953
What's a LAW-12?
>>28446979
He can put any grip on it he wants, so long as the barrel is not shorter than 18" and the over all length is greater 26". This is all assuming his shotgun was built with a stock on it from the factory.
The reason people can make these super short 500s and 870s is because they are not SBS. They are not SBS because they were never shotguns to begin with.

Dude, aside from it looking like the coolest shotgun IN SPACE since the SPAS-12, it is not worth your time. Everything it does, the Kel-Tec KSG does better. And that's if you don't want to go with the less expensive, more reliable and infinitely more available 870/590 8-rounders with shells on a sling/rack mount. It misfeeds all the time, and since a large portion of it was made out of lightweight polymers to save weight, some of those parts in high-stress areas are liable to bend, crack or shatter.
In other words, it's Turkish gunsmithing brought into the 21st century.

When Franchi was still marketing and making the SPAS-12, a common complaint was that the pump/auto system on the gun made it complex, heavy, and most importantly expensive.
So in an attempt to offer a "lower-cost" alternative to the SPAS-12 they made two shotguns using the same receiver as the SPAS-12: The LAW-12 and SAS-12.
They were essentially stripped down SPAS-12s that could fire in pump-action or auto-loading only. The LAW-12 was semi-auto only, whereas the SAS-12 was pump-action. They could also use all the accessories designed for the SPAS-12
Both the LAW-12 and SPAS-12 are banned from importation, but Franchi discontinued all three guns in 2000.
Top to bottom: SPAS-12, SAS-12, LAW-12
