There does not seem to be a place that sells a hooded M90 coat at a reasonable price. All are at least about 300. At least that's what I have found.

Tac-Up Gear made one that looked a lot nicer than the Arktis ones but it seems they only made some prototypes and never fully produced them.

The coldskills one is not what he bought. Im guessing its the issued one (not in ops pic) which is basically made to be cheap.

The coldskills one is made by taiga in conjunction with ranger/sof whatever and its pretty much creme de la creme.
