General SKS thread, I just have a quick question about the yugo grenade launcher. my pin got knocked out but I am wondering if I can still shoot it normally w/ grenade launcher threaded on ( without the pin). Should I just leave it off, or keep it threaded on, I think I should be fine since its threaded but I don't want any mishaps to happen

Bump please help guys

Better contact the ATF and have them destroy it before they find out through other means, that's a destructive device, friendo.

Its a grenade spigot.

It was legally imported that way as it is C&R
and >>28394335
my bad
I meant Grenade spigot
>>28394429
I know I can remove it but I am wondering if it is still to safe to shoot it without the pin being tapped in and just having it threaded
>>28394458
Would be great to know an answer for this
>>28394458
should be fine, find an old drill bit the right size snap off the end and jam it in there if you're worried about it

You modified your gun, in an illegal fashion, and expect us to give you advice? Go troll somewhere else, Mr. ATF.
>>28394663
Are you retarded?
Look up 922R compliance you fuckwit.
The thing came with a grenade spigot and upon inspection the pin was damaged and fell out while I was cleaning it. I have not shot it once and am still removing the cosmoline that coats every square inch of this gun...
Jesus christ fucking aussie shitposters

Thanks amigo, tired of noguns not giving replies and trolling me saying that a perfectly legal thing is illegal.
The gun comes with a bayonet, and grenade spigot with grenade ladder flip up sights/nightsights.
I don't see why it would be a problem. Just keep an eye on it. Like previously stated, if your worried about it just make a make shift pin.

thats pretty shitty and nah, haven't even shot it yet, but I have the bolt apart and soaking in mineral spirits, I was thinking about getting murrarys firing pin so I don't have to worry about that shit
>>28394803
don't. those springloaded firing pins are a scam. just clean your bolt every once in a while and make sure it rattles freely and you'll have no problems
rifle is fine
Did somebody say SKS thread?
