It's a good thing you're posting a lot of close up pictures containing any sort of markings that may be on the gun, otherwise nobody would be able to be of much help.

There is a specific name for these,
But it originated in a India/Pakistan/Afghanistan area.
Would be the weapon of choice for operators on camels
